SPECIAL TOWN MEETING
The Town Board has called for a special town meeting to be held on:
June 25, 2026 at 5:00 pm
The special meeting will take place at:
Vermillion Town Hall
118 Park Avenue South
Vermillion, MN 55085
The business to be conducted at the meeting is as follows:
Review documents prepared by the Township Building Inspector and
Planner regarding an Exempt Agricultural Building Application for a Hog Barn and
an Exempt Agricultural Building Application for a Compost Facility to be constructed
on PID 39-02500-26-020 and PID 39-02500-26-030.
The Board will vote on the approval or denial of the above applications.

Thursday, July 9, 2026, within the regularly scheduled township meeting at 7:00 pm
to receive public input on an application received for the following:
Conditional Use Permit for a Commercial Horse Stable
The PID involved for this application is 39-01100-77-013,
which is located at 8069 180th St E – Hastings, MN
The public hearing is scheduled to be conducted at:
Vermillion Township Hall – 118 Park Avenue South – Vermillion, MN
The public may provide comments prior to the public hearing via
email at clerk@vermilliontownshipmn.gov or by telephone at 651-491-6603.
Interested parties are welcome to attend the public hearing or submit comments.

scheduled for the first Thursday of the month at 7:00 pm
are rescheduled to the third Thursday of the month at 6:00 pm.
The newly scheduled town meetings will continue to be held at the:

The first monthly meeting with the new third Thursday schedule
at 6:00 pm will start on August 20, 2026.
